Columbia Environmental, LLC
Columbia Environmental, LLC is a joint development between KCDK, LLC a property holding company solely owned by the Ross', and Oregon Recycling System, LLC a company made up of independant waste haulers from the Portland, Oregon metropolitan area.
Established in 2001, Columbia Environmental acquired an 11 acre site located in Northeast Portland. Columbia Environmental leases the existing 90,000 sqft facility to waste recycling related companies.
Columbia Environmental has successfully permitted this site for the construction of a additional 35,000 sqft Recycling & Waste Transfer Station. Construction of the new facility is scheduled for the first quarter of 2008 with commercial operation anticipated mid 2008.
